What is your billing policy?
We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. No other charges will be applied. We process payments through PayPal's SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with siblingteez is safe and secure. Through PayPal we accept PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You will be taken to the PayPal site where you do not need to register an account if you do not have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".
Where do the shirts ship from?
Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have warehouses ready to send your order in Toronto, Canada and the New York State.
Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email.
Note: With USPS tracking, the orders will not be tracked outside the U.S.
P/O Boxes and military addresses may not have a tracking number
What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order.
The average wait times vary for each country. For regular shipping, we ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt at their door in 3-5 business days after ordering.
If you pay RUSH shipping, your order is prioritized for printing and will arrive in 5-7 business days.
Covid-19 update: Please note that due to the current pandemic, shipping times will take longer than the above mentioned time.
International orders do not have a tracking number. Once the item is shipped, we have no control over how long it may take to arrive.

Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?
Yes! We use Alstyle and Guildan brand shirts which are produced in North America
Can I customize the color of shirt for my order?
YES! We offer more than 20 different colors, including: Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three STYLES of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red. However, some colors in some sizes are limited to availability.
Buyers Guide Tip:Dark graphics may not show very well on dark colored shirt, and very light graphics may not appear on very light shirts. To avoid this problem, stick to ordering a dark graphic on a light shirt or a light graphic on a dark shirt.
What is your return policy?
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the un-worn product back to the company in its original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase. You will be refunded 100% for the T-Shirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective orders because we are a custom order shop. We can take back shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee. If you would like to return your shirt, please email us at email@example.com

Choose the right color.
We are pleased to offer you color options using the color picker. However, not all designs will show up on every t shirt color. For example, a dark blue design on a dark blue T-Shirt will not work. Light graphics are hard to see on light shirts. Be sure to pick design and T-Shirt color that will work well together. If there is a specific design and color of T-Shirt you are looking for but you are unsure if the design will work please email us and ask before you order.
The T-Shirts on our website are available in many different sizes.
If you are unsure, please see the sizing chart we have made available to you at the bottom of any page on our website under Support. Exchanges for sizing issues will only be granted in special circumstances. Please email us if you have any concerns regarding sizing.
We are not responsible if incorrect addresses are provided.
